Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

For information about you as a website visitor or client, Balmon Ventures Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India (CIN U47711MH2025PTC438067) is the controller. For the messages your agent handles for your business (your customers’ data), you are the controller and we are your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

2. What we collect

What you send us through our contact form, your account, the onboarding form (including files you upload) and our chat assistant (such as your name, email, phone number if you ask for a call back, and business details), your payment record from PayPal (transaction ID, amount and the email you paid with, never your card details), and the data needed to set up and run your AI agent. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also collect usage data such as the pages you visit and your device type.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To provide the service you signed up for: because it is needed for our contract with you.
• To reply to enquiries and call-back requests: because you asked us to, before any contract.
• For analytics and ad measurement: with your consent in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland; elsewhere on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding our site, which you can opt out of at any time.
• For tax and accounting records: because the law requires it.
• For marketing emails: only with your consent.

4. How long we keep it

• Website enquiries and call-back requests: 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
• Client account, onboarding answers and agent data: for as long as you use the service, then returned or deleted within 30 days (see the DPA).
• Billing and tax records: 8 years, as Indian law requires.
• Analytics data: 14 months.
• Conversations with our website chat assistant: 12 months.

5. Services that process data for us

We do not sell your data. To run the site and your agent we use: PayPal (payments), Formspree and our own server (forms and chat), Google Analytics and Google Ads (site measurement), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), your agent’s private server host, OpenRouter (access to AI models), Zernio (social account connections), Composio (connections to your other apps), and the platforms you choose to connect, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta), Telegram and your email provider. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Your agent’s AI requests go through OpenRouter, which routes them to the AI model providers we choose for each task. Agents for health, finance and legal businesses use only models whose providers don’t keep the data (zero data retention). The current list of models used for your agent is available on request.

6. Where your data is processed

We are based in India. Your data may be processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate, including the United States. EU hosting is available for your agent, or we can run it with a provider or in a country of your choice. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies only for Google Analytics and Google Ads. Visitors in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland have them switched off until they accept. Anyone can change their choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, and the site keeps a few settings in your browser, such as your motion preference and your cookie choice.

8. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you tick the box on our contact form or in our chat assistant. Both are unticked by default, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave, by emailing info@nobusyness.com. We reply within one month.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

10. California: do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. Google Ads cookies may count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising under California law. To opt out, use the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link at the bottom of every page and choose Reject. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as the same request.

11. India: grievance contact

For questions or complaints about your personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, contact our grievance officer, Harry G, at info@nobusyness.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Security

Each agent runs on its own private server (a VPS). We limit access to the people who need it, use encrypted connections, and use app passwords and tokens instead of your main account passwords. More on our Trust page.
