Straight answers.
Everything people ask before they start a pilot, in plain words and without the sales spin.
Is this just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot follows a script. Your agent is trained on your products, prices, policies and tone, works inside your real accounts, and does tasks like reminders and follow-ups, not just replies.
Why not just use Meta’s free Business Agent?
Meta’s agent is a good fit if all your customers are on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger and you have time to set it up and tune it yourself. Your noBUSYness agent also answers email and Telegram, works with tools like your calendar and spreadsheets, sends reminders and follow-ups, logs every lead, and comes with a dashboard. And we build, train and keep tuning it for you. One more difference: Meta’s agent runs on your existing WhatsApp number, while yours runs on a new dedicated number, so your own number is never touched.
Do I need to be technical?
No. After payment you get your own login, fill in one guided form (about 30 minutes), ask for a call back if you like, and we handle setup, connections, training and upkeep. We walk you through every access step, and you never manage it day to day.
What happens in the first 48 hours?
Once your onboarding form is in, we train your agent on your business and connect it to your accounts. If it is not live within 48 hours, you get $50 back. The clock pauses only while we wait on you for access.
What if it isn’t working for me?
You have a 7-day money-back window after your agent goes live. If it isn’t answering your customers correctly and we can’t fix it within 48 hours, you get $50 back.
What does the $99 pilot include?
WhatsApp, email and two social media channels (such as Instagram and LinkedIn), an agent trained on your business, 24/7 replies and lead capture, a morning briefing, reminders and follow-ups, and a dashboard. It runs for 30 days, and we fix anything you flag along the way.
What if it says something wrong?
Every reply shows up in your dashboard. Flag it and we correct the agent’s memory right away. We watch especially closely in the first few weeks.
Will my customers know they’re talking to an AI?
If you want them to. Your agent can introduce itself as your AI assistant, and it hands over to you whenever a person should step in. For businesses with customers in the EU we switch this on by default, because EU rules expect people to be told when they are talking to an AI.
What happens after 30 days?
From month two we propose a monthly plan based on how much work your agent actually handles. For most businesses that is about $99 a month, covering your agent running, hosting on its own private server, replies, your dashboard, briefings and reminders, invoiced monthly in advance. Heavier workflows, such as image generation or web scraping, cost more. There is no contract, so you can keep it, change it, or walk away.
How does it learn my business?
You tell us in the onboarding form: what you sell, your prices and policies, how you talk to customers and the questions you get most. We turn that into a structured knowledge base your agent works from, and it grows as your business changes.
Which channels can it work on?
Your agent answers on WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook and Messenger, Telegram, LinkedIn and X. On LinkedIn and X it replies to comments, plus DMs where the platform allows. It can also work with tools like Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Zoom and your online store. The pilot includes a WhatsApp number for your agent and your email, plus two social media channels, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Extra social media channels are $6 a month each, billed directly by Zernio.
How does WhatsApp work?
We set up a new WhatsApp number just for your agent, connected directly to it. Your existing number is never used or put at risk, and the new number belongs to your business if you leave. If WhatsApp ever restricts the agent’s number, we replace it at our cost while you’re on a plan. To move customers over, you get a switch-over kit: an auto-reply for your old number, QR codes, and ready text for your Instagram bio and Google profile.
Is my data safe?
Your agent runs on its own private server (a VPS) that we set up and manage, included in your plan. EU hosting is available, or we can run it with a provider or in a country of your choice. We never sell your data, and we never ask for your main account passwords: you add us as a collaborator or team member on each platform instead. Our Trust page (nobusyness.com/trust/) and Data Processing Agreement (nobusyness.com/dpa/) have the details.
What runs under the hood?
Your agent runs on the open-source Hermes agent framework, on its own private server that we manage. Three services connect it to the rest of your business: Zernio links your social accounts so it can read and reply to comments and DMs, Composio lets it safely use your other apps like your calendar, CRM or booking tools, and OpenRouter gives it many AI models through one connection, so we can use the most reliable one for each task. Agents for health, finance and legal businesses use only models whose providers don’t keep your data. We set all of this up for you. Social media channels beyond the two included are $6 a month each, billed by Zernio.
Can I add custom features later?
Yes. Social media on autopilot, automated video, one AI login, website hosting, a private cloud or any other workflow can be added whether or not you are on a pilot. These are priced individually.
