# Trust and security

Where your data lives, who handles it and how your accounts are connected. Plain answers, and no badges we haven’t earned.

## 1. Where your agent runs

Each agent runs on its own private server (a VPS) that we set up and manage, included in your plan. EU hosting is available, or we can run your agent with a hosting provider or in a country of your choice.

## 2. Which AI providers we use

Your agent’s AI requests go through OpenRouter, which routes them to the AI model providers we choose for each task. Agents for health, finance and legal businesses use only models whose providers don’t keep the data. The current list of models used for your agent is available on request. We never sell your data.

## 3. How we connect your accounts

We never ask for your main account passwords. You add us as a partner, collaborator or team member on each platform, or approve a secure connection link yourself. Where an app password or bot token is needed (iCloud, other email inboxes, Telegram), we send you a secure way to share it, and you can revoke it at any time.

- Instagram and Facebook: partner access through Meta Business Suite.
- LinkedIn and X: a connection link you approve yourself. On LinkedIn and X your agent replies to comments, plus DMs where the platform allows.
- Gmail and Google Calendar: account delegation and calendar sharing.
- iCloud and other inboxes: app-specific passwords.
- Telegram: a bot you create with @BotFather.

## 4. How WhatsApp works

We set up a new WhatsApp number just for your agent, connected directly to it. Your existing number is never used or put at risk, and the new number belongs to your business. This is not Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. If WhatsApp ever restricts the agent’s number, we replace it at our cost while you are on a plan (see our Terms (https://nobusyness.com/terms/)). To move your customers over, you get a switch-over kit: an auto-reply for your old number, QR codes, and ready text for your Instagram bio and Google profile.

## 5. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy (https://nobusyness.com/privacy/) explains what we collect and why. Our Data Processing Agreement (https://nobusyness.com/dpa/) covers the data your agent handles for your business, including breach notice within 72 hours and deletion within 30 days after you leave.

## 6. Uptime

We monitor every agent and fix problems as fast as we can. We don’t publish an uptime percentage or offer a formal service-level agreement yet. If your agent is down, email info@nobusyness.com and we tell you what happened and what we did about it.

## 7. Company details

noBUSYness is a brand of Balmon Ventures Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India (CIN U47711MH2025PTC438067). Grievance contact: Harry G, info@nobusyness.com. To report a security issue, email info@nobusyness.com (also listed in our security.txt (https://nobusyness.com/.well-known/security.txt)).
