Fashion label selling online on WooCommerce.

**Where they started:** The store took orders, but everything behind it was manual. Each order meant copying numbers into a spreadsheet, making an invoice by hand, emailing it, calling the courier and hoping nothing slipped.

**What we set up:**

- Built the website and connected the WooCommerce store
- An instant push to the owner’s phone and an alert email for every new order
- Tax invoices calculated straight from the order, attached to the customer’s confirmation email and numbered in sequence

Coaching and wellness practice, run by one person.

**Where they started:** Running a practice solo meant also being the receptionist, scheduler and admin. Client messages piled up between sessions and important work stayed pending.

**What we set up:**

- WhatsApp intake for new and existing clients
- Session scheduling synced to Google Calendar and Google Sheets
